Transaction review – without buyer's advisory services:
For home buyers who are comfortable managing the purchase process themselves but would like professional guidance on the transaction documents.
We carry out a comprehensive review of all transaction documents, including the purchase agreement, and prepare a summary highlighting the key matters you should be aware of before proceeding. We then discuss our findings with you during a telephone or online consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and gain a clear understanding of the transaction.

Price negotiation:
Once you've found your dream home, negotiating the purchase price can be challenging. It's only natural to become emotionally invested, making it difficult to approach the negotiation objectively.
At Nøgleklar, we are experienced negotiators with extensive knowledge of the Danish property market. In many cases, we are able to negotiate a better purchase price than buyers would typically achieve on their own.
Fee: 10% of the negotiated price reduction
All prices include 25% VAT but exclude any applicable land registration fees.
